Why have we changed our Logo?

The eagle eyed among you may have noticed a mild refresh to our brand. We are not seeking any major pomp and ceremony to accompany this, but for anyone that is interested, here is a bit of the background.
We have been Hardisty Jones Associates since we established in 2011. At the outset, this name made perfect sense, as we looked to work with others on a regular basis. We have always had the ‘HJA’ initialism in our logo and often referred to ourselves as HJA in written or spoken word.
The key thing here is that WE used the term HJA, but for others ‘Hardisty Jones’ became the more common moniker. Occasionally clients and collaborators would use some form of initialism, but funnily, it wasn’t always HJA.
So, in line with all the good and sound business advice, we listened to our clients. As a result we are now going to refer to ourselves as Hardisty Jones, and we have updated our logo accordingly.
All in all it’s pretty modest, especially to everyone that already called us Hardisty Jones. We are just catching up with the trend! The important thing is we are still here, still helping our clients design, deliver, and demonstrate economic development.
