Josh is a Senior Consultant at Hardisty Jones, and has been involved with economic development consulting since 2015.
Josh’s expertise includes EIA, with a focus on assessing the potential socio-economic effects of Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects and regeneration development schemes. Josh has also supported planning applications and strategic allocations by delivering evidence on the economic and social benefits of development. Josh’s experience also includes contributing to economic research, analysis, and evidence informing local and regional economic strategy and planning policy development. Josh has appeared as an expert witness at planning examinations.
