Isabel Compton has four years experience working in economic development consultancy. She first joined HJA in 2021 after graduating with a degree in BSc Economics from the University of Sheffield.
Isabel Compton has four years experience working in economic development consultancy. She first joined HJA in 2021 after graduating with a degree in BSc Economics from the University of Sheffield.
During her time at Hardisty Jones, she has become proficient in assessing economic impact, and economic analysis and research. Her experience spans a range of economic development projects including Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), economic impact assessments, employment land reviews and development of economic strategies.
Her areas of expertise include:
- Economic analysis to support Environmental Impact Assessments for offshore wind project applications.
- Modelling the economic impact of clean energy projects, including carbon capture and storage facilities.
- Economic research to inform public policy development and economic strategy.
- Business Case development for regeneration projects.
