In 2018, HJA conducted an appraisal and developed a business case for investment in public realm and infrastructure improvements in the Lansdowne business district of Bournemouth.
We constructed a full business case on behalf of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council in support of their successful bid to secure £5 million funding from Dorset LEP, which enabled the Council to acquire land at the Holes Bay site and proceed with plans to develop 830 homes.

HJA was commissioned to deliver the socio-economic EIA chapter of an Environmental Statement for the Marine Energy Test Area (META) in Pembrokeshire, Wales, with the scheme being approved in December 2020 and now operational.
