HJA worked with Bloor Homes to develop and demonstrate the regeneration benefits and linkages arising from a residential led development at Bretch Hill, Banbury. The emerging Local Plan allocated the application site for development, requiring clear regeneration benefits for the neighbouring residential communities.
HJA, in partnership with Bloor Homes, developed a package of regeneration measures in consultation with the local authority and a range of local stakeholders. These fed into a regeneration strategy submitted alongside the planning application.
The scheme received a resolution to grant consent in 2013.
