Theresa May’s Government is setting about changing the course of planning policy in England, breaking from the key tenets of the Cameron-Osborne era. The release of a draft revised National Planning Policy Framework provides a strong indication of this new direction of travel. Elsewhere, many parts of the UK, and the economy, took a battering from the adverse weather conditions of February and March.
